Volunteering / Key Club

During ninth grade and tenth grade I was apart of Key Club. The goal of this club is to volunteer and help the people in the community. Our focus was to do things that would help the children of Dayton who need it. While in the club we volunteered outside of school and also worked within the school to help with events. I also volunteer for my job when needed and for school streets.
Outdoor and Ecology Club

My 11th grade year, I joined the Outdoor and Ecology Club. This club is run by a Wright State student and we go out to different nature sights after school or on weekends. Some of the activities have included bird watching and wildflower identification.
Yearbook Club

Junior year, I decided I wanted to try another club. I chose yearbook because it was something that would be new to me and also wouldn't interfere with anything else that I'm participating in. I continued it my senior year and became the photography editor.
JCOWA

Junior Council on World Affairs (JCOWA), is an organization that helps students to be more interested in international affairs. I did not exactly know what this was when I joined, and mainly joined to learn more about it.
